The federal government should make it easier for Oklahomans to build good lives — not harder. That means health care that is closer to home, education and training that connect to real jobs, and labor policies that respect both workers and the businesses that employ them.
From his seat on the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, Senator Armstrong is focused on practical results: keeping care within reach, strengthening the workforce pipeline, supporting rural hospitals and providers, and making sure federal rules do not bury schools, employers, health systems, or families in unnecessary bureaucracy.

Rural health care in Oklahoma is under real pressure. Hospital closures, workforce shortages, gaps in specialty care, and long drives for treatment all hit rural families hardest.
Senator Armstrong is focused on strengthening access to care close to home — including rural hospitals, community health providers, maternal and pediatric care, specialty services, and the workforce needed to keep those services available. Oklahomans should not have to leave their community or drive hours for basic care.
